SERVICING AND
MAINTENANCE OF HEAVY CURRENT INSTALLATIONS
SUBSTATIONS AND OVER HEAD LINES
- All maintenance
of all equipment is undertaken with the emphasis on ‘Field
maintenance’ where possible. Planned as well as break down
maintenance. This has the benefit of having the equipment
back in service as soon as possible.
- Regular services
of circuit breakers are offered as per the manufacturer’s
recommendations. This includes basic adjustments to a
thorough inspection covering SF6 gas monitoring to speed
testing.
- Maintenance
packages are offered around the client’s requirement and
will cover the whole substation or line in its entirety or
portions thereof as required.
POWER AND
DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS
- Maintenance on
all transformers complete including Bucholtz relays, silica
gel breathers, radiators, fans and any auxiliary equipment
alarm or control.
- Maintenance and
repairs to all types tap changers..
- Transformer
relocation and assembly complete, which includes the initial
removal of oil, filling with nitrogen, rigging onto a
suitable transport vehicle, transport to site, off loading
and positioning, assembling, installation of bushings,
drawing of vacuum, filtration of oil and filling of
transformer, re-connection, testing and hand over.
SERVICE OF
TRANSFORMERS AND SWITCHGEAR
- All distribution
and power transformers services are undertaken in gasket
ting, repair to all leaks, radiator repairs, cleaning,
repainting, replacement of bushings and full testing.
- Refurbishment of
all indoor and outdoor switchgears from LV up to 400kV. This
includes the complete overhaul of the equipment to new
specification including speed testing, calibration and SF6
gas filling if applicable. |
